Method
Wash the fresh garden beetroot and cook in salted water until al dente. Then peel and quarter.
Melt the butter in a suitable saucepan and add the orange jelly. Stir to combine.
Add the beetroot and glaze over medium heat for about 10–15 minutes.
Season with salt if needed and balance with balsamic vinegar. Serve as an extra side dish with game.
