Method
Melt butter in a saucepan. Warm the milk in a separate pan until lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in a small bowl with a little lukewarm milk
Sieve flour into a large bowl and make a well in the centre.
Pour the yeast mixture into the well. Place eggs and salt around the edge
Knead by hand for a good while until a smooth
Leave to rise in a warm
Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
