Method

  1. Beat whole eggs with the sugar for approx. 30 minutes until fluffy.

  2. Stir in the ground hazelnuts and a little vanilla sugar.

  3. Mix the batter thoroughly.

  4. Shape into neat rounds and place on wafer discs.

  5. Bake in the oven until golden yellow. Once cooled, brush with sugar glaze if desired.
